SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
THE NIGHT BEFORE
We’re hosting welcome drinks to kick off the weekend and to thank everyone for coming to celebrate with us, especially our out-of-town guests!
The welcome drink will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026 | 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM at the 21c Museum Hotel Rooftop (609 Walnut St, Cincinnati, OH 45202)
This is completely optional, so feel free to stop by for a drink, enjoy some light appetizers, say hello, and head out whenever you’d like. No pressure to come in early for this, if you can’t make it, we totally understand and will see you on saturday!
What to wear: Anything you feel good in. We’re aiming for “nice casual”, semi-formal is great, but jeans and a nice top work too.
THE WEDDING DAY
To help you plan your day, we’ve outlined the wedding timeline below. Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 3:30 PM, and the outdoor ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. The rest of the night is all about good food, great company, and celebrating together. Feel free to enjoy the venue’s estate and gardens throughout the evening, dancing and a late-night snack will be included. We’ll end the night around 11:00 PM.
